Costs

The cost structure of SHARP Records & Plans is simple!

  • A once off set-up fee per registered Care Home in one location. This fee is only payable when you sign up to the service and covers:
    • An initial visit to the Home to assess SHARP Records & Plans suitability
    • 3 days education and training for up to 2 "link" staff
    • A follow up visit to the care home
  • An annual fee for each registered bed in the Care Home, payable annually in advance on 1st August each year.
  • Costs of postage and packing for periodic delivery of forms (typically £50 per annum)

That's it! This covers all the stationery and training requirements for one year and it really does cost under 38 pence per bed, per week! For example a 30 bed facility will pay around £600 (plus the one-off set up fee) plus VAT per year.

If your care facility is based in Somerset, Dorset or Devon we will be glad to provide you with a specific quotation for your home. For locations outside of these counties please register your interest with us.

Additional visits and training sessions can be scheduled to help support your staff, but these are charged on a time and travel basis. We would be happy to quote for this, if you require it.
