Person Centred Care
We held a Study Day open to all on Person Centred Care on 8th December 2006 at Bridgwater Rugby Club, Bridgwater. Somerset with David Sheard from Dementia Care Matters

These were some of the comments from delegates on the person-centred care planning day. David Sheard’s style is passionate and inspirational. The day provided the opportunity for delegates to explore the principles of person-centred care and to practice writing care plans in a person-centred way.
The day was such a great success and requests have been made that the day should be repeated. So we are delighted to announce that SHARP and Dementia Care Matters are repeating the day!
