SHARP Records & Plans comes as a complete package for planning and recording your care.

The focus is on individual care with a complete set of over 40 specially designed and easy to use care plan record forms to cover most care planning needs, plus

  • Replacement of all record forms used - -all included in the annual fee.
  • One binder per service user (resident). The cost of binders is included in the annual subscription.
  • The binders are A4 size and are very portable - no need to keep your care records "in the office" - they are working, easy to carry, tools
  • Colour coded pages to help staff go straight to the correct document
  • All pages "portrait" (upright) style)
  • No need for other systems, lists, wipeboards
  • All of the record forms are in an easily accessible, user-friendly style
