SHARP Records & Plans is a care planning and documentation system for use in care homes for older people. It was researched and designed in care homes, for care homes. It has been used successfully since 2001, with the number of participating homes increasing each year.
It has also been designed with the concept of Person Centred Care in mind and is continually being updated to reflect latest practice and skills.

Mental Capacity Act 2005 (England)
SHARP Records & Plans repeated our very successful 2 day courses, first held in 2007, suitable for proprietors, managers, deputy managers, nurses and senior care staff from care homes for older people. They are also relevant for care professionals involved in quality of care for care homes.
