SHARP Records & Plans

This is the SHARP Records & Plans Users home page.  SHARP users can login using the login box opposite and can the access a range of services:-

• SHARP specialist documents to download
• AskSHARP facility
• Direct access to help and support to use SHARP
• Comments, feedback, communication

If you are an existing SHARP Records & Plans user but don't have an account yet, click on the "SHARP User Application" link at left and complete your application.  You need to be working in a SHARP registered care facility and you'll need to know your Home Manager's name to submit the form.

You can't gain access until you've been given a Username and password.
