We regularly hold Learning Events open to all on Person Centred Care Planning in association with David Sheard from Dementia Care Matters.
These learning events are mix of discussions, great presentations, strong learning materials (which you take away). They are suitable for proprietors, managers, deputy managers, nurses and senior care staff from care homes for older people. They're also relevant for care professionals involved in quality of care for care homes.
